ADANO Project Management has established a project Quality Policy statement which is in accordance with the interest of the organization, stakeholders and interested parties.
This established Quality Policy and objectives are monitored to ensure effectiveness and that data and information are available to support the achievements, which are reviewed during management reviews. Each level / function of the organization is responsible for the implementation of the established Quality Policy and procedures and to provide feedback to QA Department regarding their status.
Where required, the objectives and targets are to be re-established to ensure continual improvements.
Quality Policy and objectives will be cascaded to all levels during quality awareness as part of the continual improvement efforts implemented for this project.
ADANO Management is responsible for ensuring that all project personnel are aware of our client’s Quality Management System.
